Chicken schnitzel recipe

makes 4

1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cutting in 4 half lenght
black pepper, freshly ground
200 gr crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp musard
butter for frying


1. Sprinkle the chicken breast with freshly ground black pepper and salt,
brush both sides with mustard. Dip into the crushed corn flakes.
2. Heat skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter for 2 schnitzels.
Place 2 schtitzels into the pan, fry both sides over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Remove the schnitzels from heat. Repeat with remainig.
Serve warm
