Egg Baguette Slices


Easy breakfast egg baguette slices recipe


15 tiny slices baguette
2 eggs
pinch salt
pinch black pepper, optional
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vegatable oil


1.Beat eggs: in a bowl, beat 2 eggs with pinch salt and pinch black pepper, optional.
2.Dip baguettes: dip baguette slices into the mixture.
3.Fry the baguettes: in a skillet, add butter and oil, melt over medium heat.
Place egg dipped baguette slices and fry both sides over medium heat.
Place the baguette slices on paper towel lined plate.
Serve warm.
