Blondies Recipe Ep. 315

  • 150 g butter
  • 170 g white chocolate chunks
  • 3 eggs
  • 110 g white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 100 g all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp almond shavings


1. Preheat the oven to 175C 347F and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter. Add the chocolate and stir until chocolate melted. Set aside.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Add the vanilla and pinch salt. Stir in the butter mixture. Add the flour and baking soda. Stir until a smooth batter begins to form. Pour batter into the lined pan. Sprinkle top with almond shaving.
4. Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick interted in the center comes out clean. Set aside to cool completely.
