No bake Fruitcake



175 gr Ladyfingers biscuit
100 ml milk, cold
400 ml whipping cream
1 banana, sliced
2 kiwis, sliced
grated white chocolate


1. Dip the ladyfingers into a bowl of milk. Place a layer of the half of the ladyfingers on a plate. Spread whipping cream on top. Place sliced bananas and kiwis.

2. Repeat with remaining biscuits and whipping cream. Spread whipping cream on top and sides.

3. Decorate with sliced kiwis, grated chocolate and coconut.

4. Cover and place in refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
