Cheesecake Brownies

for the brownies:

110 gr butter, melted
175 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
110 gr all purpose flour

for the cheesecake:

220 gr cream cheese
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg


1. Preheat your oven to 170 C - 340 F and grease 7 muffin cups.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat melted butter, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in 2 eggs. Add flour, salt and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth.

3. In a medium bowl, cream the sugar and cream cheese, whisk in the egg. Stir until smooth and well combined.

3. Scoop a layer of batter into 7 greased muffin cups. Scoop 1 layer of the cream cheese mixture and top with remaing brownie batter. Use toothpick to make a swirl pattern onto each muffin.

4. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes.
