McDonald's Egg Mcmuffin recipe

Ingredients

makes: 3

3 eggs

ground black pepper

salt

3 slices American cheese

Bacon, optional

Cupcake tin

Nonstick spray or butter

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180c/350f

2. In a frying pan, cook the bacon; set aside

3. Grease a cupcake tin with butter or nonstick spray. Crack the egg into the greased tin.

Season with ground black pepper and salt, beat the eggs.

4. Place in oven and bake the eggs for about 10 minutes.

5. Build the sandwich; Bottom English muffin, American cheese, bacon, top English muffin.

6. Place back in oven and heat for 10 minutes, if desired.
