Microwave brownie in a mug
Ingredients
Makes 1 mug cake

50 gr all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa
70 gr sugar
Pinch salt
2 tbsp vegatable oil
60 ml water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Place the dry ingredients in a microwave safe ceramic mug. Stir with a fork to mix Well.
2. Add the water, oil and vanilla extract stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no crumbs.
3. Place in microwave and heat until mixture is cookies trough, about a minute and 50 seconde for a 900 watt microwave. You may have to experiment and adjust the time for less or more powerful microwaves. If you don't know the power level on your microwave, start with 60 seconds and increase until the brownie is done.
4. Let cool for a minute before serving.
