Peanut Butter M&M Cookies

Ingredients
115 gram softened butter
100 gram light brown sugar
50 gram granulated sugar
1 egg
185 gram peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
160 gram all purpose flour
150 gram M&M's
50 gram salted peanuts
oven: preheated to 180 c ( 350 f )
bakingtime: for about 10 minutes
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C - 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pour all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, knead until a ball of dough begins to form.
3. Roll dough into equal size balls, place on lined baking sheet. Flatten lightly with your hands. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
