Chocolate Ganache


Chocolate ganache recipe


200 ml heavy cream 
200 gr dark chocolate chips


1. Place the heavy cream in a small saucepan 
over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

2. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate
and stir until the chocolate melted.

4. Use the ganache

Ganache can be kept refrigerated for a couple of weeks and can be frozen for up to three months
