Cheese Crêpes


Cheese crêpes 


3 eggs
150 millilitre milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
100 gram grated cheese

butter for the pan


1. Add a pinch salt to the eggs and beat until creamy. Add the milk, olive oil and cheese, stir well. Sift the flour and stir together until smooth.

2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Scoop batter into the skillet cook over medium heat for about 1 minutes. When the side is brown fold the pancake.
