Brownies with White Chocolate Chunks and Raspberries


Raspberries white chocolate brownies


125 gram melted butter
150 gram dark chocolate
3 eggs
100 gram light brown sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
100 gram self-rising flour

200 gram white chocolate chunks
100 gram raspberries

oven: preheated 170c/340f
bakingtime: for about 45 minutes


1. In a small bowl, stir together the chocolate and melted butter until chocolate is melted; set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 170 c/340f Grease a square brownie tin with butter and line the tin with parchment paper; set aside.

3. In a large bowl, beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes until creamy. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar stir together. Add the flour, beat at low speed until smooth. Add the chocolate-butter mixture, the white chocolate chunks and raspberries, stir together with a spatula.

4. Place the batter into the baking tin and bake the brownie for about 45 minutes

5. Top with powdered sugar.
