Only 3 Ingredient Pancakes



8 servings

2 eggs
125 grams all purpose flour
(pinch salt) optional
240 ml milk


1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and pinch salt. Stir in the milk and flour. Whisk until well combined.

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons 
of batter onto skillet. Cook both sides until golden bown. 
Serve with butter, honey or maple syrup.
