Chocolate Stuffed Buns


makes: 25 buns

240 ml yogurt
1 egg1 egg white
100 ml vegetable oil
350 gr all purpose flour
1 sachet baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the filling
100 gr dark chocolate chunks

For the top
1 egg yolk
almond shavings

oven: preheat 175 C - 350 F
baking time: 15 to 20 minutes


Preheat oven to 175 C - 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the dough. and knead until an elastic dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes

2. roll the dough into balls and flatten with your hands.(dip your hands in oil)Place a piece of chocolate onto each dough. Fold dough and roll into a ball place on baking sheet.

4. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with the almond shavings on top.
Place in preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
