Homemade Tomato Sauce



1 soft tomato, cutted
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed


1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder ( optional )
pinch black pepper
pinch sea salt


1. Heat the oil in a medium sauce pan, add the tomatoes and garlic.
Cook until smooth. Stir occasionally. Boil for about 5 minutes over low heat.

2. Add the spices and salt stir well.
If you think the tomato sauce is too thick you can add a little bit water.

3. Allow to cool. Store the sauce in a jar in the refrigerator
it'll keep for 3 days or so.

*Use for pasta's and pizza's.
