Chicken Pita With Tzatziki Sauce



for 2 pitas

2 pita breads
2 tablespoons Tzatziki Tzatziki recipe
100 gram chicken breast, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch salt and pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 lemon juice


1. Bake the pita breads according to package instructions.

2. Marinate the chicken: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, coriander, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat a skillet. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes or until no pink inside.

3. Top the pita bread with tzatziki and chicken.
