Oven Roasted Crispy Cauliflower


Makes: 2 Servings - Prep Time: 20 M - Cooking Time: 35 M - Total Time: 55 M


  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt

  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt


1. Preheat the oven to 200 C 392 F. Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons oil and season with salt. Place in preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes.
2. Remove from oven. Beat egg in a bowl. Another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, spices and salt.
3. In batches, Dip cauliflower florets in egg then in breadcrumbs mixture. Place back on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining florets.
4. Place back in oven and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden to deep brown.
