No Knead - No Yeast Olive Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 240 ml yogurt
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 300 g all purpose flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder (16 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 50 g black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water and cutted
  • 1/2 tablesoon of dried dill or parsley
  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk for brushing
  • 2 tablespoons oil for rolling 



Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C 356 F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the egg, egg white, yogurt and oil. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until smooth. Add little more flour if dough is too sticky. 
3. Add the feta cheese, olives, dried tomatoes and dried dill. Stir together until incorporated.
4. Oil your hands, divide and dough into 18 equal size balls. Place on lined baking sheet.
5. Brush top with egg yolk and milk mixture. 
6. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
