No bake Chocolate Dessert



1/2 cup milk
400 ml whipped cream

For chocolate glaze
100 ml milk
100 ml water
5 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp all purpose flour


1. Make the chocolate glaze: In a small saucepan, combine the milk, water, sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Stir until combined and smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring occassionally. Boil 3-4 minutes more or until a thick mixture. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour.

2. Dip the ladyfingers in milk and place a layer of dipped ladyfingers to a baking tin. Spread a layer of the whipped cream. And top with the chocolate glaze. Place in refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
