Crispy garlic roasted potatoes are a super simple side dish perfect with anything!
Buttery, garlicky, fluffy inside with crisp and golden edges.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg potatoes (about 5 medium potatoes)
  • water + salt
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1,5 tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, predded
  • about 1/3 tbsp rosemary dried or fresh
Method

1. Preheat oven to 220 C / 425 F.

2. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes, drop potatoes into a pan and pour enough water to barely cover the potatoes. Add salt and simmer the potatoes uncovered for 3 minutes. 

3. Drain potatoes, put them on a baking sheet. Season with salt, pressed garlic and rosemary. Add the olive and butter.

4. Roast the potatoes in preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until golden and crisp. Stir every 10 minutes.
