 Pizza in a pan on the stove.  
Without yeast and kneading, ready to eat in only 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Dough
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 80g pineapple slices
  • 80g grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp pizza sauce
Method

1. Stir together the ingredients with a spatula until well mixed. Form into a smooth ball of dough.

2. Grease a large skillet, place the dough and flatten with your hands. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough and top with the ingredients for the topping. You can use your favorite pizza toppings.

3. Cover the pan and cook the pizza over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown and cheese is melted. Check the bottom of the pizza every 2-3 minutes.
