Ingredients

Dough
  • 300 ml milk or water, lukewarm
  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 1,5 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Topping
  • 1 small pepper, cutted
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp black olives, pitted
  • 1 tomato, cutted
  • pepperoni
  • about 80g cheese
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato paste
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
Method

1. To make the dough, stir together the lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes. 

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast mixture and oil. Knead until a smooth ball of dough begins to form. Transfer the bowl to a oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and allow to rise for about 40 to 60 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 190 C / 370 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Roll the dough to a rope, cut in 10 pieces.
Roll each ball until smooth then flatten lighty with your hands. Place on a lined baking sheet.

4. Spread sauce on each dough, then lightly press in the cheese and vegetables.

5. Brush the edges with the egg yolk. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
