Ingredients
  • 115 mL sunflower or vegetable oil
  • 105g granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 235g all-purpose flour
  • 5g (1 tsp) baking powder 
  • handful chopped walnuts
Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 C - 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sunflower oil, granulated sugar and pinch salt. Stir together until well combined.

3. Add the flour and baking powder, stir until incorporated. Add the walnuts and knead until a smooth ball of dough begins to form. Add little more oil if needed.

4. Roll dough into balls (about 25 pieces) and place on the lined baking sheet.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

6. Allow to cool completely on baking tray.
