Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
Method:
1. Grate the tomatoes and cut the green pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the green pepper in the skillet for about 1 minute.
Add the grated tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Stir until combined and sauté for about 5 minutes.
3. Crack the eggs on top of the tomato mixture. Let the eggs cook for about 1 minute. Use a spoon to break the yolks and stir the eggs into the tomato mixture. Cook the eggs for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Serve with Turkish bread for dipping.
