INGREDIENTS
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 35 g Taco seasoning
  • 100 ml water
  • 160 g kindey beans
  • 160 g sweet corn
  • 80 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 80 g shredded mozzarella
  • 8 Totilla wraps
INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large skillet, heat the oil, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the taco seasoning and water. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the beans and corn.

2. Place 1 tortilla on a skillet. Spoon 1/2 cup of the meat mixture over the tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Top with another tortilla.

3. Cook the Quesadilla until golden brown on each side and the cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges. Repeat with remaining tortilla's.
