Ingredients
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 300 g Tahini
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 15 g baking powder
- 250 g all purpose flour
- 80 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180C 356F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sunflower oil and tahini. Add the powdered sugar and stir until well combined. Add the half of the flour and baking powder, stir until incorporated. Add the remaining flour. Now add the chopped walnuts and knead until a smooth ball of dough begins to form.
3. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out 25 scoop shaped cookies. Place on lined baking sheet.
