Ingredients
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm
  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 300g whole-wheat flour
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1,5 tsp salt
  • 80g olives, pitted
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 egg or water to brush the breads
  • extra seeds to sprinkle the top of the breads
  • 80g cheese (any cheese you want)
Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180C-360F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, yeast and milk. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Add the flour, salt and oil. Stir until well mixed. Add the pitted olives and seeds, stir until combined.

3. Divide dough into 9 to 10 balls. Oil your hands and flatten each ball of dough. Place some cheese and then fold the dough. Place on the lined baking tray.

4. Brush each top of bread with water or egg wash. Sprinkle some seeds on the top.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
