Banana Chocolate Chip Parfait Recipe | Episode 333

  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 1 banana, cutted
  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
  • 7 biscuits, crushed (your favorite)


1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, cutted banana, vanilla, chocolate chips and crushed biscuits. Stir until well combined.
2. Pour mixture over stretch foil cover with the stretch foil and form it with your hands into a rectangle. Freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
3. Turn parfait out onto a board; slice. Stand for at least 15 minutes or until softened slightly before serving.
