Cream Cones


Whipped cream filled cones


200 gr granulated sugar
70 gram butter, softened
50 gr water
75 gr all purpose flour
3 gr cinnamon

600 ml whipped cream


Preheat oven to 210c/410f and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
1. In a large bowl, beat butter ans sugar, add water and beat 2 minutes.
2. add flour and cinnamon, beat until smooth.
3. Fill the piping bag with the batter.

4. Pipe 4 rounds on baking sheet,(not to close) place in oven, bake until golden. 
Repeat with remaining dough.
5. Remove from oven, cool for 2 minutes.

6. Roll into cones.
7. Allow to cool (10 minutes)

8. Fill with whipped cream.
9. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour befor serving.
