Chicken pineapple flatbreads


6 Flatbreads -> Flatbread recipe
250 gr chicken breast, skinless, boneless - cut into chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch salt
pinch coriander
pinch black pepper
1 garlic clove, mashed
1 can pineapple slices, cuted
2 tbsp pineapple juice
pinch chilli flakes, optional
50 gr cheese, grated


1. Heat flatbreads in oven or skillet.
2. To make marinade: in a large bowl, Combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and coriander. Cover dish and place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, remove chicken from marinade and saute in a large skillet until meat is white and juices run clear.
4. Add pineapple, roast for another 3 minutes and and add 2 tbsp pineapple juice
cook 3 minutes over medium heat.

5. Scoop on flatbreads, Serve with cheese.
