'Black Moon' Whoopie pies

Chocolate Whoopies with butter cream.
Ingredients
60 gr butter
125 gr sugar
1 egg
130 ml milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
250 gr all purpose flour
pinch salt
65 gr cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 c / 420 f
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together the dry ingredients; flour, salt, baking powder,vanilla and cacao powder; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar,
add the egg beat together.
add the egg beat together.
add the milk and beat for 2-3 minutes.
add the dry ingredients beat for 2 minutes.
Stir with a spatula for 2-3 minutes.
With a piping bag; pipe rounds making sure to leave 4 centimetres between each one.
Flatten the top with your fingers. ( use water )
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Leave on tray to cool.
Peel cakes off the baking paper and sandwich filling in between two cakes.
