Chicken mushroom crepes


1 tbsp olive oil
250 gr chicken breast, diced
250 gr mushrooms, sliced
150 gr peas
pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon coriander
6 tbsp sour cream
100 gr cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 220 c / 430 f
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large skillet heat the olive oil, add the chicken and roast for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add mushrooms and pies, roast with the chicken for 5 minutes.
Add the salt and spices, roast for more 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add now the sour cream and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Fill the crepes with the chicken mixture spread grated cheese,
fold the crepe. Place it on the baking sheet, spread with more cheese.

Place it in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
