No-Bake Energy Balls with Fig and Cashew Nuts | Episode 498

 This no-bake fig energy balls are ready in just few minutes!
You need only dried figs, water and nuts.

Ingredients
  • 6-10 dried figs
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • handful of cashew nuts or another nuts, unsalted
  • 1 tbsp oatmeal (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Pistachio flour to coat 
Method

1. Add the figs and water to your food processor and pulse until figs are finely ground.
Add nuts, honey, chia and oatmeal, pulse until well combined and nuts are finely chopped.

2. Form into balls, about 14-18 balls. Roll each ball in pistachio flour.

3. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set.
