How To Make Cranberry Juice - Ep 307


Makes: 300 ml juice - Prep Time: 10 M - Cook Time: 30 M - Total Time: 40 M



  • 250 g cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1500 ml water
  • 100 g sugar(more or less, can be added to your taste)
  • juice of 1/4 lemon


1. Combine cranberries and water in a large pan. Bring to a boil. Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Reduce heat and cook until berries burst. For about 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Set a fine meshed sieve over a large bowl, pass the cranberry mixture through the sieve, trying to not press the solids too much (this will result in a thicker juice).
3, Refrigerate juice for at least 1 hour.
