Mangomisu | Episode 352


Yield: 6-8 servings - Prep Time: 20 M - Total Time: 20 M

  • 250 g frozen or fresh mangoes, sliced
  • 800ml whipped cream
  • 500 g Ladyfinger biscuits
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g white chocolate, grated or cutted


1. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the whipped cream and half of the sliced mangoes.

2. Dip biscuits in milk and arrange in the base of a 22 cm pan.

3. Spread the whipped cream mixture on to the biscuits.

4. Repeat for the second layer of biscuits dip in milk, spread the remaining whipped cream and top with mango slices and grated white chocolate.

5. Refrigerate overnight.
