Carrot Balls - No Bake | Episode 345

  • 500 g carrots, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 15 g butter
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g your favorite cookies, crushed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g coconut for coating


1. Combine the grated carrots, sugar and butter in a medium pan and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stir constantly. Cook until tender.
2. Transfer the carrots to a medium mixing bowl and combine with the walnuts, crushed cookies and cinnamon powder. Stir or knead until well combined. Chill in refrigerator for about 20 minutes if needed.
3. Form the mixture with your hands into balls and roll in coconut.
4. Refrigerate before serving.
