Cheese Pancakes | Episode 342


Serves: 8 Pancakes - Prep Time: 10 M - Cook Time: 10 M - Total Time: 20 M


  • 2 eggs
  • 75 ml sunflower oil
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 g all purpose flour
  • handful chopped parsyley
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • About 2 tbsp oil for cooking, optional


1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and milk. Add the baking powder, salt and flour. Stir until incorporated. Stir in the chopped parsley and grated cheese.
2. Heat a skillet with oil(optional). 
3. Pour desired amount of pancake mixture onto skillet.
4. Lightly brown pancakes on both sides, just as you would regular pancakes, flipping once.

Serve warm or cold.
