Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps Recipe


Servings: 6 - Prep Time: 15 M - Cook Time 10 M - Total Time: 25 M


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 ml water
  • 100 g shredded cheese
  • 150 g kidney beans, drained
  • 150 g canned sweet corn, drained
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 6 Flour tortillas


1. Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and crumble until browned.
2. Add the spices and salt stir until combined. Stir in the water and cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas. Turn the tortilla until both sides are light brown.
4. Add a scoop of the beef mixture and cheese, placing it in a line along one end of the tortilla. On top of the beef add a few small dollops of sweet corn, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Starting at that end, roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito.
