Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 50 ml water
- 100 g shredded cheese
- 150 g kidney beans, drained
- 150 g canned sweet corn, drained
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 50 g shredded lettuce
- 6 Flour tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS
2. Add the spices and salt stir until combined. Stir in the water and cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas. Turn the tortilla until both sides are light brown.
4. Add a scoop of the beef mixture and cheese, placing it in a line along one end of the tortilla. On top of the beef add a few small dollops of sweet corn, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Starting at that end, roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito.
